Breach

Banning due to negative feedbacks

A member’s reputation or reports by other members of the community. When a user has acquired negative feedbacks, a warning will be sent to the user via e-mail. Should the user acquire an additional negative feedback, and then the user shall be informed via e-mail that they have been banned from the Cebu Bikers.com community.

4. Selling of stolen or counterfeit items.
5. Hot linking of photos to other sites.
6. Illegal Drugs, Prescriptions Drugs and devices.
7. Unlicensed Firearms or Ammunition.
8. Government IDs and Licenses.
9. Any acts that violates local or national government by the laws of the republic of the Philippines.

Cebu Bikers will NOT assure or guarantees neither the security nor the legitimacy of the selling items nor vouch for the seller.

Cebu Bikers will NOT will not be held liable for the legitimacy of a Cebu Bikers member and responsible for their behavior outside the CB community .
