Cebu Bikers Buy & Sell Rules

General Rule

1.     The Buy & Sell Rules should be followed at all times. Any misuse or mishandling of their posts will be dealt accordingly.

2.     Always ask for a real name and home/business address, especially when purchasing or trading with somebody who is unknown. Ask for an ID would be very much ideal. If you are unsure of his credibility, you can ask anyone who has had transacted with said trader or any admin team.

3.     Be nice and courteous when inquiring about an item or posts. Nobody likes to be spoken to in a rude manner.

4.     Handle all transactions with common sense and professionalism.

5.     Politely, educate the newbies of the buy & sell rules if ever they may have violated a rule.

6.     Please use the buy & sell search feature to search for specific item.

7.     Any double posting of items will be moved or deleted without prior notice. Make room for others and don’t be selfish.

8.     Make sure you will be posting your items in the proper category. Items posted in the wrong category will be moved without prior notice.

9.     Posting non-buy & sell items (e.g.: real estate, jobs, services) in any of the buy & sell categories, will be removed / deleted automatically without prior notice. We have the Classified Ads section in our forums for those types of ads.

10.  Follow the required fields to fill-in to successfully complete your posts.

11.  All posts must be prefixed by the following terms:
a. For Sale -  When trying to sell something.

b. For Rent - When trying to post an item for rent or lease.

c. For Trade / Swap – For items you want swap or trade with another item.

d. RUSH SALE! – For items that needs urgent sale.

12.  If all your transactions are DONE or SOLD, please make sure to delete them from your list.

13.  It is a requirement to have your mode of communications posted, either through your mobile phone or landline number, e-mail address, or by whatever means. You can, also, click on the seller’s name to view their profile and send them a Private Message for faster transaction.

14.  Specify the item you are selling for. The more details you can provide, the more chances of your item getting sold.

15.  No auction style posts. This includes links to auctions on other sites, too.

16.  No contest or giveaway threads.

17.  No misleading item titles.

18.  No multi-level marketing schemes.

19.  No text-speak thread titles and posts.

20.  No all-upper-case thread titles and other unnecessary characters. It might mean offensive to some.

21.  Posting photos of your items for sale will greatly help your chances of selling it or finding a buyer.

22.  Posts that are not updated for the last 30 days will be deleted automatically without prior notice. If you wish renew your post, you should expect an email reminder 7 days prior to expiration with a corresponding link to renew it.

Restricted Items

1. Absolutely, no pornographic items.
2. No bootleg software (Warez) distribution. Anyone who knowingly buys, sells, trades, or distributes bootlegged software through will be dealt with accordingly.
3. No sales of academic or Not-For-Resale/Not-For-Retail software. 
4. No individual Microsoft CD or 'Certificate of Authenticity' (COA) sales. You must sell the software as it was originally packaged.
5. No sales of 'CD keys' without the original CD.
6. No coupon(s) sales.
7. Commercial advertising.
8. Selling of stolen or counterfeit items.
9. Illegal Drugs, Prescriptions Drugs and devices.
10. Unlicensed Firearms or Ammunition.
11. Government IDs and Licenses.
12. Sale and Trade of items or services that are classified as illegal under Philippine and International Laws are strictly prohibited.
